Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Prices will vary depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
Costs will vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
What happens for USA tariffs/duties?
US tariffs are applied at checkout, so you will have no delayed, bad surprises when your putter arrives.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Send us a message ASAP by using the contact page or via email contact@runner.golf
What is your return window?
You can return your putter within 30 days, as long as the putter is still in its original packaging and has not been used.
Return fees are at your own expense.
Unfortunately putters cannot be exchanged as they are made to order.

How do I know which configuration is made for me?
Use the AI CONFIGURATION GUIDE or find a retailer near you
What are the different lofts?
Loft 3° is standard.
Loft 4° is designed for players who play on slow greens or do forward press.
Loft C° (curved face) is designed to add forgiveness for varying angles of attack, generally best for beginners to intermediate players.
How can I upgrade my Runner?
You will find weights, individual faces, individual backstyles, and complete upgrades (face + backstyle) in the UPGRADES section of our shop.
What is the difference between the PRO range and the ORIGINAL range?
The ORIGINAL range is made of aluminum and is the more forgiving range. It is suited for all players.
The PRO Range is made of stainless steel, with a heavier head weight, firmer feel off the face and a more compact design.
